Hello, my name is Dr. C. I have a BS, an MA and a PhD in mathematics. I have been teaching at the college level for 15 years. I am currently a professor of mathematics at Scottsdale Community College. I have taught and tutored everything from basic mathematics up through Calculus, Differential Equations and Mathematical Structures.
Just a little about my work and research. While my PhD is in Mathematics, my research area has been Mathematics Education. I specifically study the way students learn mathematics and analyze how best to develop instruction. Recently I have been involved in creating professional development materials for middle school and high school teachers to help them when working with their own students. I have a wealth of experience that I feel comes through when I work with students.
I may not be the cheapest, but you will be happy with my performance.
