Hi! My name is Kay. I offer individual or group tutoring for nursing, writing, math and various statistics courses - health care, psychology, research, bio, and business.

I am a Registered Nurse licensed in the State of Arizona and pursuing my Master of Science degree in Nursing Leadership. I graduated with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Sales and Business Marketing in 2005 and recently graduated from Grand Canyon University with a Bachelor of Science in Nursing. I also work as a instructional assistant assisting professors run, manage and teach university level courses.

I love tutoring and empowering students to excel in their studies and I have had this opportunity for many years. I also enjoy coaching students on study and organizational skills, and strategies to overcome test anxiety.

I have tutored various statistics courses to many, many students. I have taken a Biostatistics course and passed the class with an A. I love tutoring statistics and have had the opportunity of helping many students succeed in their stats courses, and will continue to do so.

Nursing

I am a registered nurse and successfully completed my Bachelors of Science in Nursing program. I am fully aware of the material and content covered in the BSN undergraduate program. I am pursuing my Masters of Science in Nursing Leadership.

Study Skills

I assisted many students (including my peers) on study skills while I was in nursing school and now assist the students I tutor. I have implemented many strategies that I have utilized myself that helped me excel in my classes and studies.

Business

I am a business owner and have a degree in Business Administration. I am also acquainted with many other business owners and entrepreneurs.

NCLEX

I am a registered nurse licensed in the state of Arizona. I passed the NCLEX examination with 75 questions.

Public Speaking

I have given many speeches and talks in front of small and large groups of people, from a little as 3 to as many as 200. I have acquired the confidence and training needed to help students excel in speaking in front of a group of people no matter the size.

Biostatistics

I have tutored various statistics courses including Biostatistics to many, many students. I have taken a Biostatistics course offered at a local college here in Arizona and passed the class with an A. I love tutoring statistics and have had the opportunity of helping many students succeed in their stats courses, and will continue to do so.

Marketing

I graduated from Western Michigan University with a Bachelor of Business Administration with an emphasis in Sales & Business Marketing. I understand the theoretical and practical application of marketing. The creativity involved in the world of marketing and advertising fascinates me!

TEAS

I took the TEAS examination to be accepted into the Bachelor of Science nursing program. I completed my BSN program and am now a registered nurse.

You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
