I worked as an aid at a highly respected private school for five years (from my junior year of high school and all through college), and during that time I helped tutor students ages 3 - 12 in all school subjects. After graduating from college, I went on to teach fourth grade at that same private school.

I have a bachelor's degree in elementary education, and I am excited to use that degree as a tutor! I absolutely love tutoring, as it is a job that allows me to work one on one with students and have the time to truly invest in and help each one, which is where my passion truly lies. My teaching style varies depending on the needs of the student I am working with, but I do believe that all students can enjoy learning, if given the right tools and assistance.

If you have an elementary aged student (K - 5th grade) that needs help or extra work in any subject area (math, reading, writing, etc.), with organization, or with basic study skills, I can honestly say that it would be my honor to work with them, and you to make their educational experience one that is meaningful.

I've worked with students (grades Pre-K - 6th) in all subject areas for 6+ years at a well respected private school in the Phoenix valley. While working at that school, I held many positions, including aid, teacher's assistant, substitute teacher, and lead fourth grade teacher.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
