Hello, my name is Quency O. I have over 20 years of Correctional, Security and Investigation experience. I've worked for numerous security firms as a uniformed and uncover detective. Also, I worked for several Juvenile and Adult Correctional Facility in the following positions:
Juvenile-Adult Correctional Officer, Adult Correctional Sergeant, Lieutenant, Captain, Juvenile Director of Security, Adult Associate Deputy Warden and Deputy Warden. Finally, I have an Associate Degree in Police Science, Bachelor's Degree in Criminal Justice, Master's Degree in Criminal Justice and currently working on my Doctorate in Business Administration with a speciality in Criminal Justice.
I have taught Introduction to Administration of Justice and Community Policing for Central Arizona College in Coolidge, Arizona. I have a passion for the criminal justice field and students. The Criminal Justice field in exciting, dangerous at times but very rewarding.
I believe in a relaxed tutoring method that allow students to be comfortable learning critical aspects of the criminal justice system.
