Hi! My name is Angie and I tutor Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and much more. I graduated from Arizona State University in 2008 with Bachelor’s degrees in all three of the above named subjects. I am currently enrolled at the University of Arizona College of Medicine and Graduate studies program pursuing my medical degree and PhD in Immunobiology. I have experience tutoring peers throughout my undergraduate studies and also 3 years experience as a private violin instructor. I have taught students from 5 years old to 76 years old and have experience teaching beginners and advanced players. From my previous teaching I have found that different individuals have different styles of learning and strive to provide different angles to approach the material from. I also believe that it is very important to break the material down to a basic understanding before trying to tackle complicated subject matter. When I am not busy with school or tutoring I enjoy running, hiking and pretty much any outdoor activity!
