General Computer

I have instructed students in basic computers from typing to using wordperfect in high school. I have explained operating system and software to match computer hardware. I have in the past worked with students on how to develop a web page on a computer in my business classes. I also instruct the Master's of Arts in Reading program online. I have helped students in email address and how to use different software programs.

Phonics

As a reading Specialist for over six years I have instructed Phonics in the middle schools for students who could not read above the third grade reading level. I have also instructed ESL students in basic Phonics and site words. As a Certified Reading Specialist we must take Phonics classes to be certified as a Reading Specialist.

ESL/ESOL

Have instructed ESL classes in reading. Teaching the main idea, cause and effect and inference reading for the past five years in high school.

Business

Instructed Statistics in college and I have my own business. I have a B.A. degree in business and a minor in business law.In high school I have in the past instructed business law and management skills and accounting .

Social Studies

I have been a Social Studies teacher for over six years. I have instructed Social Studies in Middle school and High school. I have instructed classes on the Civil war, History, and World History. I am certified as a Social Studies teacher.
