I have not tutored students for money, but have taught many family and friends how to use Outlook.
I have been setting up mail accounts for myself, my family and my clients for 20+ years. I have installed new releases, imported and exported pst files, backed up contacts and synced with other programs such as Gmail.
I have a good understanding of creating file folders, sub folders and organizing, flagging, color coding and using the tool to maximize day to day workflow.
I use Contacts, Tasks, and Notes on a day to day basis as well as setting up meetings, tickler files on the calendar to optimize my time time management and organizational skills.
I have not tutored students in Project for money, but taught friends and family and work colleagues for free.
My work experience includes: taking basic courses in Microsoft Project to facilitate my large projects for Fortune 500 clients; utilizing Project to document milestones, key tasks, resources, and dates. I also baseline the project so that I can identify areas of slippage; taking a 5-day, in-depth PMI bootcamp course in project and project management best practices to continue my learning of the tool; and utilizing this software for 98% of my work, utilizing Gantt charts to communicate our project resources to team members and management.
I have not formally tutored in the sport of tennis, only been a player.
I played number 1 doubles, and number 2 positions singles in college in northern california in 1983-85.
I played USTA adult competitive league as a 4.0 level in 2007-2009.
I play recreational now due to a back injury, but still play several times a week.

I have created web site maps after conducting competitive positioning on the marketplace. Utilized content management systems to set up CSS templates, and develop content, which includes the following: uploading photography, outlining keywords, titles, meta descriptions and links.
In supporting the 10 sites I've recently built, I search domains, purchase for my clients, and build out there sites; while building out social spaces to link to.
I also use Google analytics code within the templates to track performance and make recommendations on additional content build out.
I work with teams to identify comps for design, color palette and other key functions like flash, or data capture strategies.
