Teaching is one of my passions. I am very satisfied when I teach to others and they learn and apply to their live. I am currently a Title I Math teacher at West Phoenix High School. I have a bachelor's degree in Geology and a certification in Meteorology from the University of Puerto Rico at Mayaguez. In addition, I spent a year in graduate school in Geology, at the same university. I am currently doing my online graduate certificate in Geographic Information Science and Technology at the University of Southern California.

I spent two years working for a company that offers tutoring for private schools in Puerto Rico, where I teach students from middle to high school in Math. My experience in the company was under federal law 107-110 "No Child Left Behind". This experience served to develop my tutorials in both English and Spanish, as the school was one bilingual, and had students who did not speak Spanish.

For this and other reasons I think that I have the tools to teach, not only in mathematics, but also in science and Spanish, which is my first language.

Tutoring Subjects: Elementary Math, Pre-Algebra, Algebra 1, Algebra 2, Geometry, Pre-Calculus, Trigonometry, Elementary Science, Earth Sciences, Geology, Meteorology, General Computer, Microsoft Office Suite.
