ACT math consists of Pre- Algebra, Algebra, Geometry, and Trigonometry. Since all of these math classes are classes that I have done extremely well in, it should follow that I can teach students these concepts. Like many of the high school math classes, it is fundamental to my knowledge and I have several ways to get to the same answer. If one way does not work for you, I can always show another way to get the same answer. Also, as I recall, I did very well on this exam, and I bet you will too if I am your tutor.

I am qualified to tutor Algebra 1 because it is the foundation of math. I am extremely knowledgeable in math and that would not be possible without impeccable algebra. I have tutored many many people with algebra and I guarantee that I can provide a way that will be understandable to the student.

I am qualified to tutor Algebra 2 because it, like Algebra 1, is the foundation of math. I am extremely knowledgeable in math and that would not be possible without impeccable algebra. I have tutored many many people with algebra of all levels and I guarantee that I can provide a way that will be understandable to the student.

I am eligible to tutor the ASVAB in ONLY math. Although I can help with the other portions quite well, my strength is math. I have helped people with the math portion of the ASVAB before so I know what to expect. Most of the questions range from algebra 1 to Pre calculus. These are subjects that I am extremely comfortable in.

I am qualified to teach chess because I have a rating of 1710 and am a solid class B player. I could not teach one how to become a grandmaster, but I could teach a beginner how to advance their play and become an advanced one. I can demonstrate common tactics, strategies and openings.

I am more than qualified to tutor and teach elementary math because it is the core of all mathematics. Math at the elementary level can be explained in a variety of ways. I will be sure to convey a way that best suits the understanding of your child. I have helped some college students with this level of math. Although the questions may slightly vary, I know what to expect and how to answer them.

I am qualified to tutor Geometry because I took Advanced Geometry in high school. Since then, Geometry has shown itself in some of the higher math classes. Since Geometry is a fundamental math, it is a must know for a math major like me.

I am qualified to tutor Linear Algebra because I took it at ASU West with Dr. Haiyan Wang and received a B. Also, at the student success center at ASU, I tutored several students and they were successful. Although my grade was a B, it was a high B. I have tutored several people in the student success center at ASU West and many have told me that I explain Algebra well to them.

I am qualified to tutor Pre-Calculus because it is a prelude to one of the biggest subjects in all of mathematics: Calculus. I took this class in high school and I received a grade of over 100%. This is the foundation of Calculus. Since I have taken all 3 Calculus classes, Pre Calculus is a subject that I am more than comfortable with and I am sure you will learn a lot.

Being a double major in mathematics and philosophy, I have written a lot of papers. Given this, I have the experience of understanding sentence structure and how to properly formulate one's ideas. I would be more than happy to proofread a paper and help promote this intelligent style of writing.

SAT math is something that is a compilation of several of the key concepts in mathematics.
