I have over twenty-five years of experience in the Computer Programming and Software Development career field. I am proficient in a variety of disciplines including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, and Project. My current programming skill sets includes COBOL, DB2, C#, VB.Net, and ASP.Net. I am also trained in Business Analysis functions such as Cost Benefits Analysis and requirements gathering. I familiar with Project Management techniques such as "Float" and Task and Resource Assignments related to Microsoft Project. I'm also fluent in calculating earliest and latest start and finish dates that are depicted in AIB (Activity In Box) Network Diagrams. AIB Network Diagrams utilize "Forward and Backward Pass" in determining the earliest and latest start and finish dates for a given project. I can assist you with determining what activities make up the "Critical Path" for your project. I can also assist you with Scheduling Task and identifying Risk associated with your project. I have experience with creating artifact documents such as Project Charter, Scope Statement, Work Breakdown Structure (WBS), and Project Communications Planning documents.
