I believe education is paramount for a successful future. I am a driven person who strives to make the most of everyday. I have been tutoring since 1980 and have thoroughly enjoyed not only working with a variety of people, but also learning from them. I strongly believe we should always be students, no matter what role we hold. I am not a strong handed tutor, I want to teach what you want or need to learn and maximize time so that you get the best benefit out of the session. I have a Master's degree in business with a concentration in Technology Management and will soon enter into my Doctoral program.

It can be frustrating when you are reading something dry to retain any aspect of the meaning. It is my goal to help make reading fun, no matter the subject matter. When reading is fun or interesting, comprehension is inevitable.

Spelling

Spelling can be a challenge, especially when some words are so similar. It is my goal to help my students understand the difference in meanings, work with them for spelling bees, or up coming tests, and increase their confidence with spelling.

Business

I received my Master's in Business Administration (MBA) and thoroughly enjoyed all my classes. Whether you need help with a specific class or just need to bounce ideas off someone to get a fresh perspective, I would welcome the opportunity to work with you.

How do I receive a discount?

Save between 5 and 15% on tutoring by purchasing credit with one of our prepaid discount packages. You can buy one of our standard 5, 10 or 15% packages or customize your own package based on how much tutoring you need. The credit you purchase can be used towards any tutor at any time and does not expire. If you do not use the entire package, we will simply deduct what you did spend on tutoring from your original purchase price and give you a refund. Discount packages start as low as $190.
