My name is David P. I have always loved math. Over the past 12 years I have been fortunate enough to make my living as a math tutor. I not only get to work with math, but help others become better math students. What I enjoy most, is seeing the transformation from a student who "hates math" to a student that is genuinely excited about and eager to learn math. Over the past twelve years, I have not only gained an extensive knowledge in math, but, more importantly, have worked with a wide variety of students of all ages and skill levels. While I take great pride in my knowledge of math and statistics, I feel my most important quality as a tutor is my patience. I have no problem explaining a concept several times in several different ways. I have a degree in math, level II tutor certification from the CRLA and a fingerprint clearance card from the Arizona Department of Public Safety.
