Baseball
My focus is on basics, team play, and working with each individual's learning style.
Included in my years of baseball and softball coaching is the coaching of a Little League baseball team for three years while in the military. Because of my unique approach to coaching, the team I coached only lost one game in three years. Everyone I coached, regardless of their individual skill level, improved dramatically as a result of my coaching style, techniques and philosophies. My weakest batter had a batting average of over .300.
Basketball
Focus is on basics, team play, respect for fellow teamn members, regardless of their skill, learning in school, and working with individual's learning style.
Successfully coached youth basketball teams during past 40 years. Developed unique methods of coaching based upon building on the fundamentals and the individual's current skill level.
Business
Leo K. is a seasoned business professional with over forty years of varied business experiences, including twenty as a successful business coach and consultant. Because he learned business from the ground up he eventually ran the company (doing $10 Million in annual sales) for five years as its President. He relates exceptionally well to other business owners and business people because he has "walked in their moccasins." Along with seven years of outside sales experience, he holds an MBA in Business Management and Marketing, has two coaching certifications, and serves as a trusted advisor to many clients in varying industries. As a sales and profit growth expert, he knows what it takes to help his clients get those results that they haven't been able to get on their own.
Elementary Math
While she was in grade school, I helped my granddaughter to become an A+ math student while giving her the needed self-confidence to develop her varying study skills on her own.
I have always recognized the wide range of individual learning styles and varied my approach to successfully address this difference accordingly.
Marketing
I have an undergraduate degree in management and a graduate degree in management and marketing.
As the head of a small company (approx.10 million in annual sales with 100 employees,I directed all marketing activities for our firm.
As a business coach and consultant, for close to 25 years, I supported the marketing efforts for virtually all of those I worked with.
In 2001, I helped found a small marketing company that is still involved in lead generation for its clients as well as setting up appointments for their sales people. I am also responsible for helping clients get marketing lists of their best prospects.
In addition, I am a CRM (customer relationship management) system trainer and consultant.
Microsoft Excel
I am considered a "power user" of Excel and have worked with the program for over thirty years. In addition to training, I have been very creative in terms of applying the program to many business and personal situations. For the trainee in business, I help them with this.
I have an MBA in Management and Marketing along with two coaching certifications, one personal and one in business. The one in business is from Business Breakthroughs, Inc., a Tony Robbins/Chet Holmes company.
I successfully taught many of my fellow coaches on a wide range of excel aspects. In many cases, I did one-on-one training to those I trained, consulted, and coached.
Soccer
