My son got the bad news he was half a credit short in Algebra to graduate from high school. He had one shot at retaking the final, and only 2 weeks to prepare. In desperation, I found Keith on the internet and took a leap of faith. Well long story short, he took the final yesterday and got an 84.78%. His first final was at a 43%. If Keith is available HIRE HIM. He was prompt, compassionate, and understood our goals. Also, my son felt that somebody finally got him and broke down the brick wall of math. This was just an amazing turnaround in a young man who felt defeated, but now feels like he has a command of Algebra. This review cannot do justice to how grateful we feel in finding our "Wizard Tutor". I wish we had done it sooner.

I have been working with Keith since last July to prepare for my MBA program and brush up on my math skills. I have continued to work with Keith through my MBA program in Accounting - Thank goodness. Keith has been helping me prepare for the GMAT. Though I have only had a few sessions with him, I know that he will help me get the score that I need to get into grad school. Keith is very encouraging and positive. He has established a great study plan and provided me with study materials. Due to the study plan I am able to determine my areas of weakness and focus on them while still exercising subjects that I am strong in. I hired Keith, because he had great reviews, and I guess I thought you get what you pay for. So even though his rate was way higher then most of the tutors, I hired him to tutor my son in Calculus (college Engineering level) this summer. Unfortunately, my son failed the class, and Keith made promises he did not keep. I don't completely blame Keith, but he definitely didn't help my son pass the class. When I asked if he would consider lowering his rate since he wasn't successful with helping the first time around he agreed to give my son some "free" lessons. So this fall they met once more, with Keith taking some problems back home to work on, and saying he would get back to my son before his test. He never delivered, and never responded to my sons emails or texts. Obviously, he decided it wasn't worth his time or effort. So for the second time he did not deliver.

Hi Gwen, my apologies to you and your son. Let me know what I can do to remedy the situation. I have been tutoring and teaching for years and I have never received a negative review. I will refund your money.
Just for the record, here's my take on the issue. Ive met with your son and had a session with him, after that session if he or you were not happy with the service you could have easily ended our working relationship, in fact if you had requested a refund i would be more than happy to obliged, however, neither you nor your son did that so we had 3-4 more sessions, he then sat for an exam and did not do well. i understand and sounds like you do too that sometimes we can do all we can but thats not enough since it comes down to the student and the teacher who administered the exam. i have no control over how tough or off this exam will be. As part of my service i even offered free sessions moving forward. next semester rolls by and you asked for help on environmental sciences which i am not familiar with i was willing to do my best. Your son and i met to go over his exam prep, during that time i made it clear that this is not something i have done but i can show him how to research the questions since neither his notes or textbook were of any use. i informed him if i have time i would forward him what i found out.
Please understand that I've tried my best as environmental sciences is not a subject I normally tutor.
As of now, I am willing to refund all your fees. For other interested students please see and read all my reviews they are all exceptional.

I've been out of college for 7 years and decided to go back to get my MBA. The GMAT is a tricky one like that. I've forgotten a lot of basics, Keith didn't waste time trying to "re-teach" me the basics he knew I'd remember once he showed me the shortcuts and tricks inherent in the GMAT. It worked. I've improved my practice tests over 100 pts! Keith is an Extreeeeemly smart dude! Like I said, worth every cent. He pushed me to try my hardest and was patient with my mistakes. Easy to schedule appointments and works with you to meet at convenient locations. Tell him what you want to achieve and he can accommodate for any level of learning.
