Hello everyone and thank you for viewing my profile. I have gone to school and received an Associates Degree in Computer Science of Data Processing. My major was for Computer Programming, Accounting, Cost Accounting. After I received my A.A. degree I went back to school to a community college. There I was trained in all the DataBase I,II, III, IV, V applications, Lotus, Excel, Microsoft Word, MS Access, I'm been trains on creating WebPages, Websites to make them really Standout. I've gone to school and taken Accounting courses, Beginning Algebra, algebra, and Math.

I have been working with number and doing number crunching for over 25 years. I've been in the customer service arena for 23+ years.

In my book. I believe the customer is number one. Do everything you can to make the customer happy. Because the old mentality is: "The customer is paying your wages to provide the service".

I'm very creative in my life. I create blogs, as well as having my own website.
