I received a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics Education from Lee University in Cleveland, Tennessee. I have been teaching high school math for 4 years and have been AMSTI (Alabama Math and Science Technology Initiative) trained. I will be able to help your student study for the Alabama High School Graduation Exam, GED, ACT, PSAT, SAT and their math courses.
In addition, I received a Bachelor of Arts in Music from Lee University. I went on to receive a Master of Music in Vocal Performance from Austin Peay State University in Clarksville, Tennessee. My featured performances include Haydn’s Missa Brevis in F, Beethoven’s Choral Fantasy, Bach’s Mass in B minor, the roles of Papagena in Mozart’s Die Zauberflöte, Third Knitter in Seymour Barab’s A Game of Chance, and Suor Genovieffa in Puccini’s Suor Angelica. As a graduate assistant, I was the Listening Library Advisor and a teacher assistant for Music Appreciation. Currently, I sing in my church choir and the Alabama Symphony Orchestra Chorus. I would enjoy teaching your student private voice lessons or music theory.
