Tulsa is a great city to live and work. Educational institutes abound as well. Tulsa boasts two great universities: the University of Tulsa and Oral Roberts University. Both schools have a student body of 4,000-5,000 students. Tulsa is also well established as a mecca for junior colleges and remote campuses. Both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State have campuses here, in addition to Langston University (Oklahoma's first and only African-American higher institution), Roger's University, and NEO. Having attended TU and Tulsa Community College for several of my language studies, I feel that Tulsa gives the community an adaptable approach to higher education for all ages, even those who do not intend to get a degree but simply wish to improve themselves through education. - Written by Teodor M.
