Both schools have a student body of 4,000-5,000 students. Tulsa is also well established as a mecca for junior colleges and remote campuses. Both the University of Oklahoma and Oklahoma State have campuses here, in addition to Langston University (Oklahoma's first and only African-American higher institution), Roger's University, and NEO.
