The first school in Lilburn was created in the early 1900's. There is a Gwinnett library located in Lilburn. The public schools in Lilburn are classified under Elementary, Middle, and High Schools. The Elementary schools are: G.H. Hopkins, Lilburn, Rebecca Minor, Camp Creek, Arcado, Knight, Mountain Park, and finally R.D.Head. There are three Middle Schools: Lilburn, Trickum, and Berkmar Middle School. There are two High Schools: Berkmar and Parkview. There are four private schools in Lilburn. These include: Killian Hill Christian School, Providence Christian Academy, Parkview Christian School, and St. John Neumann Regional Catholic School.
