Nestled midway between Cincinnati, OH and Louisville, KY on the Ohio River, Carrollton, KY is a quaint and historic town with a progressive educational system. Students begin their academic pursuits in grades K-3 at Winn Elementary. Winn serves as the foundation from which students will expand their core set of academic skills. From Winn, students advance to Cartmell Elementary. While at Cartmell, students complete the next level of their educational training in grades 4-5.
